This must be the largest wardrobe trunk that LV ever built. measuring a stunning 137 tall, 93cm wide and 52cm deep. (55x37x21inches)
It was used to transport ladies evening gowns in the 1930s, as dresses were rather wide back in the days maybe 4 would fit this trunk.
On both sides and the back it has two leather carrying handles. In total it has 7 locks.
The top opens and then you can take of the front to have an easy acces to the content. At the bottom there as space to keep stockings and underwear.
It has the initials C.R. on top.
