Antique Madler wardrobe trunk -made in Germany

A very nice, large size wardrobe trunk made by Moritz Madler company from Leipzig, Germany. Ca. 1920s.

One travelling label on the top reveals a travelling label to the E&O Hotel at Remang, Indonesia.

On the left size you can find the adress holder in brass from the owner of the trunk itself, still in good condition.

All three leather handles are in good shape. The trunk has a horizontal green/black paintline  all across. Both sides carry the initals E.B.

The inside has a soft green lining and a sliding rail to insert clothing hangers.
