Antique Louis Vuitton damier trunk 1888

Antique Louis Vuitton damier trunk. Full brass and leather. Several travelling labels on both side ends as pictured. The checkerboard damier pattern was designed in 18888 by Louis Vuitton and only produced untill 1896 when the monogram design was launched. The size of this trunk is : 90x50x52cm.
